CHEESE PIZZA
Preheat your oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, cream together the softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt until smooth.
Spread the garlic butter generously over the cut sides of the bread. Place them on the tray and bake for about 2 minutes.
Remove the Slim Bite from the oven. Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the garlic butter, followed by a heavy layer of mozzarella and your chosen toppings.
Return to the oven for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbling and starting to turn golden brown.
Sprinkle with dried oregano and a few extra red chili flakes if you like heat. Serve immediately
CILANTRO CHUTNEY
In a small pan, melt the 1 tbsp butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sautéing for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the bell pepper, tomato, and cottage cheese (paneer). Sauté for another 2 minutes just to soften the raw edge and evaporate excess moisture. Season with a pinch of salt.
If using an oven, preheat to 180°C. If using a tawa (griddle), place it on low heat.
Place your khakhra on a flat surface. Spread the 1/2 cup Arabiatta sauce evenly across the surface, leaving a tiny bit of space at the very edge.
Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella generously over the sauce.
Distribute your sautéed garlic-veggie-paneer mixture over the cheese.
Heat it Up:
Tawa Method (Recommended): Place the loaded khakhra on the warm tawa. Cover with a large lid to trap the heat. Cook on low heat for 3–5 minutes, or until the cheese is completely melted.
Oven/OTG Method: Place on a baking tray for 3–5 minutes just until the cheese bubbles. Watch closely so the thin edges of the khakhra don't burn.
Garnish: Once the cheese is melted, remove from heat.
Drizzle: Add a decorative drizzle of mayonnaise over the top.
Season: Finish with the chili flakes and dried oregano.
GARLIC BREAD
2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
2 cloves garlic, finely minced or grated
1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped

3 tbsp pizza sauce
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
Toppings of choice: Sliced olives, bell peppers, or chili flakes for a kick
Dried oregano for finishing
GARLIC BREAD
1 tbsp unsalted butter
1 clove garlic, finely minced or grated
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped bellpepper
1 tbsp chopped tomato
2 tbsp chopped cottage Cheese
A pinch of salt
1/2 cup Arabiatta sauce
1.5 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
Toppings - Mayonnaise
1 tbsp chili flakes
Dried oregano for finishing
